When we are ready to sell our home we will paint, clean, declutter, re-landscape and stage it. We want to do whatever is necessary to increase its value. The California Real Estate contract will ask us to disclose all that we know about the house,  the neighborhood, the City and anything else that we think the buyer should be interested in knowing, even if it may affect the property's desirability.  Check out this case where a seller did not disclose all that he knew in order to protect his property's value.
